How much is delivery?

Free UK delivery on orders of £25 or more, so on 2+ sets. Below £25, delivery is £2.

When will my order dispatch?

While pre-orders are open, orders dispatch from mid-November.

What are they made of?

Soy wax, with natural wooden wicks that gently crackle as they burn.

How do I get the best burn?

Trim the wick to 5mm before every light. On the first burn, let the melted wax reach the edge of the jar. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave a lit candle unattended.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email hello@wickandwindsor.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
