Terms of service

1. Who we are
This website is run by Bravura Brands Ltd, trading as Wick & Windsor, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16068603. Registered office: The Old Chapel, Mill Road, Kirby Cane, Bungay, NR35 2PS. Email: hello@wickandwindsor.com. VAT number: GB496041674. These terms apply to orders made by consumers in the UK.

2. Your order
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch (or, for pre-orders, when we confirm the pre-order).
- We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery (£2 on orders under £25, free from £25, UK only) is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we've received full payment.

5. Pre-orders
The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. You can cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If the date changes, we'll tell you and you may cancel.

6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy for how to do this, including the model cancellation form.

7. Faulty goods
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in our Refund Policy and are not affected by these terms.

8. Product information and candle safety
- Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images.
- Burn times are approximate and depend on use.
- Always follow the safety label on each candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, draughts and anything flammable. Trim the wick before each use.

9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer as a result. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We aren't liable for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use.

10. Events outside our control
If we're delayed by something outside our reasonable control, we'll tell you. If the delay is significant, you can cancel for a full refund of anything not yet delivered.

11. Your information
We use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies.

13. Complaints and law

- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
